1. Introduction

Welcome to Prominds Academy Sdn Bhd. By signing up for our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enroll in our courses.

2. Course Enrollment

• Students must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Course access is granted for the duration specified in the course details.

3. Student Responsibilities

• Students are expected to actively participate in the course and complete all assignments as required.
• Sharing course materials with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.
• Students must comply with all academic integrity policies and shall not engage in plagiarism or other dishonest activities.

4. Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Act 599).
• Late payments may result in course access being revoked.

5. Course Modifications and Cancellations

• We reserve the right to modify course content or schedule as needed.
• If a course is canceled by us, students will be offered an alternative course or a full refund.
• Students may request a course change or cancellation, subject to approval and potential administrative fees.

6. Third-Party Resources

• Some courses may include materials from third-party providers; we are not responsible for their content.
• Any agreements with third-party services are solely between the student and the provider.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

• We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and will not share your personal information without consent.
• Students must respect the privacy of fellow participants and instructors.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from course participation.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or career advancements from our courses.

9. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, documents, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Prominds Academy Sdn Bhd.
• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or modify course content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Students will be notified of any significant changes.
